Most of the reits, my sch lecture say can avoid pls avoid small news will have great impact on shares itself, dividends not worth getting at all (FYI)

rebound on amtek, surprisingly. luckily i nv short at that $1 price. this counter not good, cannot keep. since cant short i not going to long also. to those who want take the risk good luck

I would rather say "loss-preventing strategy",

    rather than "trading strategy"...

       because, unlike real trading eg. in a business,

          stock 'trading' is all about betting on the outcome, ... Smiley

STI flat at 3,143.15, moving in narrow 8-point range so far with 137 million shares traded; market evenly matched.

“Not only today but for most of the month it’s likely to be quiet, this is the usual period when you don’t do anything unless you really need to, especially given that China seems to be tightening liquidity and Wall Street is really not encouraging much,” says dealer at local house.

Those factors, “coupled with the fact that Korean tension has still not dissipated and the euro zone sovereign risk crisis is still lurking around the corner, means most people will be doing nothing very much.”

Amtek (M1P.SG) tops volume so far; opened at $1.00 on SGX debut, sharply lower vs $1.30 IPO price; last $1.04. SIA (C6L.SG) +0.7% at $15.52, ignores news its cargo unit sets aside $61.92 million as provision for antitrust fine. Support tipped at 3,118.
