QE2 is secondary factor.
Primary factor is increase in demand for commodities and energy resources, ie. oil and coal in emerging economies like China and India.
And also bad weather recently has resulted in lower harvests thus limiting supply, and therefore price shoots up.

And when China finally decides to increase interest rates.
If these are not resolved, you will continue to see STI moving sideways.
But I expect Dow to rebound soon, and STI will follow.
Maybe tomorrow, maybe next week.
We shall see.

All depends on whether or not Europe manage to recover.

Not vested at the moment.
Sentiments not good.
But possible to rise to 2.03 or 2.04 if STI rebounds.

if contra i will confirm take indo... but only when it drops to 2.61 like that... or best is 2.5+.. it always rebound from there...
