Deadline is reaching and no improvement in compromise yet. Tomorrow may have a minor bloodbath first while waiting for the final deadline to reach. If no deal, all hell breaks loose, just nice for the seventh month's celebration.
Actually there's nothing wrong of people to stand

Best strategy is to be a spectator. There will be far better opportunities later. The best outcome now is a US default and downgrade to ease inflation, stop irresponsible overspending and most importantly, stop overconsumption in the world. This will be in the best long term interest of mankind. It is time to give Mother Earth a break. The natural resources are being used up too quickly. Save some for our children and their future generations :)

They give him 2 choices, 2 painfull choices, and he dont want any of them but die die must chose one.

An elected official wants 13 mostly conservative California counties to break away to create a 51st state under a proposal that would have to clear major hurdles to succeed.
Republican Jeff Stone suggests calling it the state of South California, short for SOS. He is asking fellow members of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors to support a motion to bring together officials from the 13 counties to discuss the idea.

" There are plenty of ways out of this mess but we are almost out of time," Obama said, as the Senate planned to move forward with its own bill and House Republicans scrambled to shore up support for their own. The Treasury says the debt limit needs to be raised by Aug. 2 or the U.S. government won't be able to pay bills.

The overspending cannot continue forever and the party has to end, sooner or later. It will be better to accept reality now and get on with the painful correction. The more we delay the inevitable, the more hallucinated the world becomes, and the problem will grow out of proportion until it culminates in a far greater catastrophe one day.
Moral of the story is to spend within your means.
