In some larger extent, it is one of the valid good stock picking strategy for trader! But for Investors, they should accumulate buying at ILLIQUID good financial, management fundamental, sustainable growth and bright business prospect penny stocks, hold at an appropriate time horizon riding the profit till the stocks are full ripe in capital gain and let go in the generally very or too liquid market condition! (You may catch the peak highers price to take all the profits you have at that market condition). Happy investing!

Hankore Environment Tech Group Limited announced the disposal of a subsidiary of the Company, namely Hubei New Environment Water Co., Ltd. In connection with the Disposal, trademart Developments Limited has entered into a sale and purchase agreement dated 7 June 2011 with an independent third party namely Hu Bei EZhou Hua Rong District City Development Investment Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of RMB 6,200,000 (which would be paid in three tranches).

Announcement on SGX on Hankore's recent sale
HNED, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in the PRC, operates a
water supply plant (“Water Plant”) in Hua Rong, Hubei province. As mentioned
in our results announcement for the third quarter ended 31 March 2011, due to
the disrepair of the piping network of the vicinity of the Water Plant, the water
supply operation suffers significant water leakage and loss of revenue. A
review of the operations of the Water Plant revealed that substantial repair and
upgrading to the plant and connecting pipe work would be required to rectify
the situation. However, the likely cost of such investment significantly
outweighs the likely benefit and revenue from future operations of the plant. As
such, the Group has taken the decision to dispose of the Water Plant instead of
making further capital expenditure and losing out on the opportunity cost of
using such funds for further investments in other projects.
Prior to the Disposal, the net book value of HNED was RMB 5.8 million as at 30
April 2011. The Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Trademart Developments
Limited will receive a cash consideration of RMB 6.2 million from the disposal
of its shareholding in Hubei New Environment. The Group would make a gain
on disposal of RMB 0.4 million assuming that the Disposal was completed on
30 April 2011.
Hankore (previously Bio-Treat): disposed of a subsidiary, Hubei New Environment Water Co. for RMB 6.2m, to be paid in 3 tranches. Rationale was that the piping network around the water supply plant was in a state of disrepair causing leakages, and is better off disposed.
Net book value of the subsidiary is RMB 5.8m, group will make a RMB 0.7m gain on disposal.

now they not only want to treat water, they also want to go big into environmental tech...ie, they want Feng (Wind ) and also Shui ( Water ).... maybe handle rubbish also ? open a new chapter into the future....make money from rubbish ?
