may be after they fully open RWM.

0237 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Macquarie initiates Genting Hong Kong (S21.SG) at Outperform with a S$0.60/HK$4.70 target it says the counter " is an undercovered, yet liquid (daily turnover of US$11 million) stock, exposed to the Asian gaming theme and a growing U.S. tourism market." The house says the company has a 50% stake in Resorts World Manila (RWM), owns 100% of Star Cruises and has a 50% stake in Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) in the U.S. " At 11.6X 2011E adjusted EV/EBITDA, GENHK is trading at a large 25%-30% discount to regional gaming stocks. While it is trading at a small premium (5%) to the two listed U.S. cruise operators CCL and RCL, we think this is warranted given the group's Asian gaming exposure." Macq says GENHK is the third-largest cruise operator in the world, while it's bullish on the Philippines casino market, " which is estimated to have grown 35% in 2010 and is forecast to grow 50% in 2011." Shares are up 2.1% at US$0.48

No worries. Now at S$0.425. It will reach S$0.44 - 0.45 soon next week. Stay tuned . just my personal opinion.
I am from the Philippines and I have been to Resorts World Manila (RWM) many times and I can tell you that the place is packed every night (at least the mass market area is) even on weekdays. The foot traffic averages 15,000 per day, the gross win averages US$1.9 million and EBITDA margin is close to 40%.
Probably these numbers are not so impressive to you since they pale in comparison to that of RWS and MBS. However, make no mistake, the casino is doing very well on an ROE basis (the entire complex's budget is only US$500-600 million). The project will probably pay itself off in a couple more years (in August last year, Travelers, the JV company which owns 100% of RWM already paid out a dividend of US$20m). Maybe faster because the junkets are not even full blast yet. Only when the third hotel opens by August/September will the foreign tourists really start to come in. Also, the busing program will be rolled out to the neighboring cities/provinces only later this year. This should help will fill out the tables/slots during the dead hours of 6AM-2PM.
So take heart everyone. I have a feeling the results of RWM will more than make up for NCL's. Good luck to all.
