PT Indo buying of CMZ is to protect their 29.33% stake which they bought at $1.12 from Tetrad Ventures.It is just a tactical move like Temasek did in Olam.PT Indo might acquire at a discount/premium to the last trading px.The move will shore up investor confidence in CMZ temporarily.
