Cosco will spike up very soon. It just the matter of time. Arab saudi already announced will increase oil output. That's mean more oil tankers is needed. So who's going to built tankers? Of course ship builder companies. Will it be Cosco? No one know yet.
Bollinger bands really tight. Sharp price change may occur.
Direction of change is unclear though...
hehe... it shows that we should buy when they say sell, and sell when they say buy :D

Actually, if we look into the past, most of the analyst calls are quite correct, except for market sentiments. They also cannot see the future, so cannot time the market as well. If not, all will be very rich by now.
Anyway, analsyts don't suka suka guess one. They based on numbers and forecasts. So cannot be very wrong.
Only thing is that we have to time ourselves. One way is to use TA.
Normally, i pick those stocks recommended by analyst and quite blue chips ones (This is what we call FA, but here I let the analysts do the work for me!! Then I use TA to trade the trend so as to maximise the gains.!!)
I am confused.
Citigroup Analyst say BUY but share price fall on Friday. How come so buay zhun... ???!
Analsyst already gave a buy rating on Cosco when it was at 90c. It is not that all analysts recommendation are bad. Just be open about it
Analyst cannot believe one. May be when they recommend buy, u sell.....they said sell then u buy.....better chance of making money

ah ok. if the last of the BBs have changed their sell to a buy call, means they're done ramping up the counter and have or will be exiting soon. leave it to the retailers who buy it from them.

Not credible at all....especially Citi report on Cosco.

Citigroup finally change their sell call to buy call...these financial firms flirt around their target prices with so many changes here and there from time to time in a short period...no longer tt credible
Citigroup raises Cosco Corp to Buy from Sell, raises target price to $4.15 from $2.70. Broker says upgrade due to stock's recent underperformance vs peers, new target price assumes 20% discount to more established O&M players such as Keppel Corp, SembMarine vs previous assumption of 30% discount. Says Cosco is making good progress in penetrating O&M segment, recently secured options to build 6 additional semi-subs for Sevan, is targeting to secure full turnkey work. Says, "This should jump-start its lackluster orderbook and raises prospects orderbook may surpass our $3.8 billion estimate."
TA did not actually show good signs....if you focus on BUSD data for yesterday, what shows is a lot of retailers biting, and BB churning the counter....it wasn't accumulation per se.
the rebound was due to SCI/HSI rebound yesterday--off their critical supports as to be expected. (stocks/indices tend to bounce near their technical supports. If you're a long term investor, the idea is to be able to differentiate between a relief rebound and a real rally.)
Indeed, sentiment is no good today. Now STI has dropped 45 pts.

Good! Most TA shows good signs, except for MACD which is very narrow. Vol picking up. Strong resistance at 4.5 expected.
