He said he wont mind to re-enter at a higher price at least already known where  will be  the floor/base. Let him feel more confident that way  Main issue here is the confidence and prudence.

Mr Market will decide the base. From the look of how the trades went thus far, 7c boh liao unless shortists win big time.
