part of the reason for the disappointing Q1 result is because they could not recognize revenues on some projects. hopefully, there will be greater completion in Q2. anyway, big or small, an increase in the order book is always good news.

I understand your views given current market conditions.
However, this contract, is a signal for more contracts to come.
Jack-up construction is a thing of the past.With more demands from deep water drilling. Semi-Sub is the way to go.
Hencefore, more of such contract size are expected in near term, given the fact that deliveries free up yard resources and allow more orders to be taken.

DJ Keppel Unit Gets US$512M Contract For Ensco Drilling Rig
SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)--Singapore's Keppel Corp. (K02.SG), the world's largest builder of offshore rigs in terms of output, Tuesday said its offshore and marine arm has received a contract to build a US$512 million ultra-deepwater semisubmersible drilling rig for a unit of Ensco International Inc. (ESV).
Delivery is scheduled for the second half of 2011, Keppel said in a statement.
Dallas-based Ensco owns and operates a fleet of offshore drilling rigs.
