1.5 hrs already 2.4 million shares done.. somebody's accumulating..

majority of the volume that is done .. probably will be from Yellow Pages..and some of mine if it's at a cheap price..

nobody bothers to buy a stock which is 3.x times PE..:) n wait till it realises its intrinsic value..

all prefer to chase hot fiery stocks that fly 10-20% in 1 day..

Can't see clearly why Global Yellow Pages wants Miss Yamada. Anyway, the circular is giving all the hints. 

 

Yamada / Global Yellow Pages: Announced in its EGM circulars that the Proposed Acquisition and the Proposed Share Swap into Yamada is a strategic investment into the food business which will bring substantial benefits to the Company and the Shareholders as Yamada is highly diversified by sector and geography. Signalling its interest in buying more Yamada shares, Global Yellow Pages also said the Co may make further on market purchases of Yamada Shares during the period between the Latest Practicable Date and the date of the Proposed Acquisition and Proposed Share Swap EGM and will provide an update by way of announcements.

 

Yamada's PE only 3.6x wow.. according to bloomberg.
