Hi Gents & Gentiles,

I have a feeling that Ah Lim & co purposely suppress the price of GIP shares so that ppl will opt not to subscribe to the rights at $0.60. After that they will scoop up all the unsubscribed rights and convert them into mother shares.

Just think of it, for the average share price of GIP to dip below $0.60; This would mean the value of the original mother shares prior to XR would have been below $0.60. An unimaginable bargain back in July!

Any legal experts here? Are they allowed to do that?
