noble share price may overtake this one.
Today, noble, straitasia, indo, EZA all burst.
but olam just a few cents up, I think tomorrow or coming days is olam's day.
olam's price shoul be far bigger than noble.
it will burst soon!

Olam today surged to 2.38 with hugh vol breaks into the gap zone 2.45 - 2.36 it looks like start mending upthe gap.
Reading from today's chart, candlesticks show bullish engurfing. indicates an upswing by tomorrow.
MACD yet negative, this shows that MACD is a laggard indicators, I would rather take it as a rallly alert although it's not sensitive but we still can find the sign of turning up underwater. CCI advanced from -300 to -104 and towards 0 and above soon, stochastics %K 25 and %D 17 shows uptrend direction.
Now we can take it's bond issue of 400 mil as a very good news as it's 7 years convertable at price 3.08 with a 6% coupon, that means as from now, they have more than enough hard cash pump into the operations. This piece of news may now be starting brewing. let's wait and see tomorrow. Personal view only, not a call for buy or sell.
high time for this counter to perform...... been sleeping since the day it announced the 400mil thingy....
Hope below $2 can be seen again. Than we can join the party.

Acquire 14.4% of Kiwi-style daily farm, needs only 9.9 million USD, about S$14 millions. The 7 years convertable bond raises 400 millions, after offsetting 14 million for farm acquisition, there still 386 millions free cash. What are the usage of these hot cash?
The conversion price 3.08? in 2016? So, why ppl worry about the dilution of Net Asset value? Who wants to convert it with 3.08 for only 2.30 stock now? I think this does not seem logical, but if you belief in TA, the chart tell you px is at its support line 2.27 (Fibo 23.6% level), may reverse anytimes from now, only personal view for sharing, do point out my wrong interpretation of chart, thank you.
accumulate on weakness as this is a strategic investment for temasek.. future commodities/foods supply for singaporeans..
Ya lor...converting in 2016...now start throw makes me lost money...

Mainboard-listed Olam International has acquired a 14.4 percent stake in a Kiwi-style dairy farming operator in Uruguay for about 9.9 million US dollars. Listed on the New Zealand stock exchange, the firm was established by the country's leading rural services company PGG Wrightson. New Zealand Dairy Farming Systems Uruguay currently owns 36 thousand hectares of dairy farm land. As of mid this year, around 10 thousand hectares of dairy land has been developed with 26 farms. It produced 44.6 million litres of milk in the financial year ended June. The company sells all its milk produced to the largest Uruguayan milk processing co-operative which processes around two-thirds of all milk produced in Uruguay. Olam says the investment is in line with its dairy products strategy. |
