You read Straittimes, when reporter want to interview further, she mentioned she wanted to keep low profile, what a contradiction, the father and daughter is drawing attention like the coming polling campaign of PAP General election! LOL .

BTW, anyone got any idea who this 2 person, father and daughter. If I am not wronged, they are the gainer when Link Island share got suspension after some insider investigation and the founder got fine and then they sell off the whole Link Island group and this donation's lady's father, buy over and ripe profits and rename the counter to today's Manhattan Investment. So anyone lost $$ in Link Island counter (b4 suspension is S$1+ and, re-trading at cents, 10, 17.5 or remember below the S$1) . So they ripe the profits and help you all (lost in this counter)to donate some now !! ! LOL. Just google on Link Island, to read all the story. Good Luck.

Situation SImIlar  to  BP  Oil Well  LEAK CASE ! ! ! !

Can  the  Nuke Plant  SINK  ALL  JAPAN  ISLANDS ? ? ? ?

JOKE  CRAZY  SCAM

* * * * * * * *
  • Japan’s ongoing nuclear crisis sparked the massive selling of risk assets from equities, commodities to growth linked currencies. Japan’s nuclear crisis is developing the worst case scenario according to Russia’s head of state nuclear corporation. Uncertainties on Japan’s situation reached extreme level. Yen surged to a record high with USDJPY hit a low of 77.43 before recovering to 79.50. Nikkei resumed the fall in the morning after almost 6% gain on Wednesday. Japan’s nuclear power plant operator takes desperate measures to cool down the reactor. This morning, a military helicopter was sent to the site to spray water on the troubled reactor.
  • US data last night was the non-mover to the market. US Feb housing starts fell from previous 596K to 479K and building permits declined to 517K from 560K. The weak housing data was likely to be the result of bad weather. However Feb PPI rose sharply 1.6% above market expected 0.7%, largest gain since June 2008. The surge was mainly driven by food and energy costs with core PPI rose moderately 0.2%. However, the rising producer cost is likely to be passed to consumers in the next few months with CPI may trend up.
  • Wall Street continue to decline amid renewed concerns that Japan’s nuclear crisis will worsen. Dow -2.04% at 11,613.46, S& P -1.95% to 1,256.93, Nasdaq -1.98% at 2,616.82. Leading the decline are Cameco and Shaw Group which fell 9.03%, and 3.87% respectively. Nikkei 225 fell 4.8% this morning with its futures pointing down at a 4.4% decline.
  • US Treasuries surged once again as investors flocked to safe havens: Treasury 2y and 10y notes fell by 5.6bps to 0.55% and 9.3bps to 3.21% respectively.
  • Commodities: Crude Oil futures rose marginally by 80 cents to $97.98 per barrel as supply fears outweigh the expected reduced demand from Japan. Going forward, we expect oil (including LNG and coal) demand to pick up as Japan switches its energy reliance from nuclear to traditional energy sources.
  • Gold futures rose by $3.30 to $1,396.10, suggesting that yesterday’s panic selling was overdone. Silver rose 33.5 cents to $34.47 per oz after falling as much as 6.3% the previous trading day.
  • What to look out for: US CPI, jobless claims and industrial production, Singapore NODX, India reserve repo rate.

    Saw 2day Strait Times front page, we all know for past days, anyone want to donate, can just donate to RedCross la. But some one just want to show off, past cheque to some Japan man, then this Japan man, past to RedCross. LPPL ( lan pa pa lan), straight away past to Redcross la. Just one to show-off la.

    Remember in the last Tsunmai crisis, someone unknown donated S$600K to Redcross, this are the true  hero, who don't want to show off ! I  salute  to this people !

    What is our gov doing, only 500K ? Did BG Yeo past the cheque to Japan Man and then past to Redcross, no BG Yeo hand it to RedCross directly.

    Saw the Emperor talk on TV, must be joking, tell people to stay on,   maybe his Tokyo Palace got underground nuclear protection facility. Just talk only and is a pre-recorded news clip. Hello Emperor, come out to Tokyo and walk walk or go to disaster site to show face, then shake hand and show concern, then I bet you got guts to stay behind.
