What is going on !

IF they can report within 5 days, everything should be ok. The chain of events is reconstructed below:

Prior to 13 May: China Sky requested SGX for extension of time to file Q1 results. Reasons  in support of request  appear to be weak but we don't know what exactly.

13 May: SGX turned down request stating: " No extenuating circumstances" to grant it.

16 May (AM): China Sky announced - Q1 will be out on or before 20 May.

16 May (Noon): China Sky simply ref. to SGX previous reply of 13 May.

 

eh?.. so what happens if u get rejected by SGX?... they have to publish immediately?..

5 days delay seems reasonable but SGX just rejected China Sky's request per noon announcement - so strange!

It clearly indicates China Sky subjecting to huge negative sentiment by LOCAL BB! Despite very good improvement on fundamental performance report! I keep buying this share, who next to follow?

Correction: All-time low was 12c (9 Mar 2009). Today's low was 13c (done 34 lots only). Those vested  - too late to dump now - might as well wait out for 5 more days...if they really report by then. Buyer Q quite strong at 13c & 13.5c.

Now @ all-time low 14c. SGX today says China Sky is unable to issue 1Q result by 15 May deadline. Is something bad going to happen? BOSAYOR.

1 Oct 2007, price was around $2.50, dropped over the years and since 2009, price has been under 30 cents.  There is seriously something wrong with the demand for  S chips that NAV etc can't justify.    

 

Sgd. 0.16 for China Sky is still considered much too low, if Sgd. 1.60 then is about appropriate justifiable market price!
