DPU of 2.17 cents for the 4th qtr. Very high dividends of 9%+ p.a. Low risk and i think is gd for steady fixed income..

Sabana Shari'ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust wishes to announce that HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, in its capacity as trustee of Sabana Shari'ah Compliant REIT, has on 25 November 2011, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Winstant & Co Pte Ltd in relation to the acquisition of the property located at 6 Woodlands Loop, Singapore 738346. The Property is a 3-storey general industrial building, with a gross floor area of approximately 77,544 square feet. The Property is a JTC leasehold estate of 30 + 30 years tenure commencing from 16 September 1994, with a remaining tenure of approximately 43 years. The Property was independently valued by CKS Property Consultants Pte Ltd on 21 September 2011 at S$14,800,000.00 using the discounted cash flow analysis, income approach and direct comparison approach. The purchase consideration for the Property is S$14,800,000.00...

The recent plunged from 49cts to 44cts then to 39cts, is it due to right issue or follow the market?

UBS also backed by Temasek....Temasek bought @ 39 to 49 francs now 19 franc..lets be franc..the market dont actually care who backed it.....UBS now lost 2 billion...Temasek dont lose anything...Singaporean will be the loser....retirement age to go to 100 yrs...LoL

Wow Fantastic! almost 9.3% dividend at the current price of 94.5 cents.. Collected 1st dividend of 3.04 cents .Now another 2.18 cents dividend  has declared.Super good fixed income yield,,

Hmmm.....may be it is good time to collect some units now.

Just curious .... this counter listed on Nov-2010 and its IPO was 1.05.    First dividend of 0.0304 cent paid on  May-2011 but its current price is 0.94. 
Hmmm.....may be it is good time to collect some units now.

Good dividend stock, around 10% per year. As long as it can hold around 90+cts it is much better than put in FD.
the commercials are buying into this now... 0.945

Supporting well at current price athough such bad markets. Seems like some good money parking into it as recent transactions suggest.
