Extreme Makeover - Jurong Edition: The government?s proposal to turn Jurong into a commercial and entertainment hub is a major concerted effort totransform the Jurong Lake District into a unique lakeside destination for leisure and business over the next 10-15 years. This is likely to have a positive impact on property capital values there in the long term.
Beneficiaries: CMT and A-REIT .In terms of beneficiaries, CMT (BUY, TP S$3.93) has established a presence in this area through Jurong Entertainment Centre and IMM Building, while A-REIT (BUY, TP S$2.80) has properties
in the International Business Park near Jurong East. These properties could benefit from the higher population mass, increased local and foreigner traffic and increased capital values in the long-term.

Reits generally a safe buy in a low-interest rate environment. Decent dividends. Better than putting money in the bank!

Dear Gurus,
Can someone please comment on this counter?
Thanks in advance.
Sorry, Vivocity is just under Capita Retail management. Orchard Turn will be the one. With up to 600 to 700k square feet of retail space.
25th Jan 07 results announcement. Should be good.
Very high potential upside if Capitaland puts the Orchard Turn and Vivocity into this trust........:)
Vested. Cheers!
Thanks for confirming what I thought was one too. Still learning to read the charts and will be collecting my Martin Pring from the library tomorrow...
Looks to be on uptrend now
Any take on this counter?
I use Williams%R as well.
