I wont feel happy if my HDB hit 1M, because if I sell it, I can buy back another HDB with lower price, this is INFLATION, rich  country is not a country with HIGHEST INFLATION, but a country tha can provide the best to its citizens - housing, healthcare, education and etc. If Singapre can be No.1 in all this aspects, then we r really No.1 !!!!

Is it possible? Likely? going by how things are doing great here and encouraging policies to make it all happen.

Singapore Dream - $1million for resales 3-rm-hdb. STI breaches 5000. Per capita income US$250,000. What more? (of course, daily living costs will go up too.)

Possible to attain soon. The feelings on the ground seems to say yes too. Life is great! you can feel it!
