Mountains of second hand car locked away. How do I know......ST Classified....these days they list 40 cars in one ADV instead of one car per ADV lor. They Over Stock......need sucker to buy the cars lor...
Anyone here who buy a new car knows that dealer WILL NEVER let you bid the COE yourself. Wanted to bid yourself .... CAN....add 5K.
Time to ask garment to force owner only bidding rule lor...........Or they will tell you the sheep story again.

Not going to work la, the ministers will ask their family member to order more from car dealers. Heard Ho Bee also sells car by parallel imports and give special discount to VVIP family members, so how to stop that. In here, you can do what you can just don't get caught, when some people know and caught their eye red and they will report, and then follow by investigate and then caught and then charge and fine and jail.
A good example is the selling of rifle parts at Beach Rd, Golden mile, I heard they sell long time ago, but who cares and when some shops red eye, saw you got good margin in profits, shoot you one card call - "Ang Tiong" and you get it !
Same as to call all to vote for opposition party and let PAP 0%, which is can't. And a bunch of Sporeans are dam so KiaSu pls, KiaSi and no "lumpa". So it won't work, this so call unity is not going to work here !

Saw newspaper this morning, some paper ITH or IHT or whatsoever, so obedient (kwai kwai) pay S$160K to our ministers ! How come this round did not say donate to charity ? Everytime when people question, they earn extra-pocket $$, they then retaliate by donate !
So we don't say they are xxxxx, or what xxxxx, we Sporean select them, we like them and we want to be continue to stay here, we got to follow their rule and orders !
So we need to make more $$$ here in share then can buy new car or whatever la. Good Luck everyone. Election day is coming, I guess, need to make more rich people happy, because the rich can afford cars and the ERP and yet still caught in traffic jam so how to gain in %, up to you to imagine lor. For those who don't own a car, go buy a 9 year old car. Every year, you change to a different. No problem.
Car disti is making less loh......up 4~5K but COE spike. What no money ? Singapore like rest of the world is awash with CASH........Smart money at work......just sign above the dotted line.

premium for small cars rose from 7.5k to 28k...when was the 7.5k ?? not in 2009 and 2010 for sure..

SINGAPORE : COE premiums for vehicles across all categories surged in the latest bidding exercise that ended on Wednesday.
The highest increase was in the Open category, where premiums jumped S$14,411 to S$42,001.
COEs for big cars rose S$9,700 to S$36,089.
Premiums for small cars jumped S$7,587 to S$28,389.
COEs for commercial vehicles rose S$5,889 to S$32,890.
Motorcycle COEs rose S$41 to S$1,200.
This bidding exercise is the last under the current quota system.
From next month, a new system to determine COE quotas will kick in.
This will result in fewer COEs available monthly from April to July. - CNA/ms
