Hope they will announce good results give dividend just like parent Hiap Hoe on 12 Aug (Mon).
Yesterday, Parent co HH declared 1.2c interim div (up 140% over last yr) due to high Q2 profit. Superbowl will follow suit - Q2 results next Mon. 12 Aug vs. previous yr no interim div for SB.

Hiap Hoe has gone up on high volume. Don't forget Superbowl. It will aslo benefit from the newly opened Hotels and retail shops at Zhongshan Park.

Nice, glad to see the volume gradually coming in for this stock. Was holding a lot of illiquid property stocks and people always made fun of me for buying stocks that don't move, like Chip Eng Seng and Heeton in the past. Once the volume starts to come in, these stocks just shoot up 60-70% within a short period of time. I didn't catch the entire action from previous stocks, but hopefully, this one can shoot up the same way.
