I have been following this CRCT tread for sometime with amusement. First time posting here today because I just closed my position on CRCT at $1.09 after shorting it at $1.41 more than a month ago. Luckily I closed it before it reached $5.00. Wheww !! ....
Whoa chill out dude, it takes all types to make a market. Different people have different expectations and we need these differences for our system to work

Hulumas can keep buying & buying a share counter he think is of potential. He has unlimited resources. Maybe he has a money printing machine at his backyard.
TP exit at $5.00? Dude, the good old days has gone, for now.

It goes without saying, that is why I am vested for mid to long term, with my target exit price to Sgd.5.0 |

I am sure in the shorter term that you may think, I suppose! Remember Capital land after changing the name from DBS land jump from <Sgd. 1.00 to far more than Sgd. 5.00 within 2 years, was not it? The most strongest retailer business is in PRC with the world most number of population and strongest economic growth and purchasing power right now... Hence, in short doing MALL related business is very very prospective there!!! Example: "CARREFOUR" is doing very successful and ever expanding there.

Wow Hulumas, that's ambitious. How long u planning to wait? Haha.
Then again, I think it's a fair valuation. You will understand if you see their properties for yourself. Really good locations and traffic. |

hi guys, new at this forum...quite interesting and enlightening comments..i think i do agree with jackjames. did some homework on this counter...Q2 results going to release on 30 Jul and likely good since Q1 was positive and Q2 will include newly acquired assets (I think). The next div payout will be in Sep (last year payout was 0.0327/share in Sep). at 1.05 level, div yield should be about 6.5%...with long term acquisition plan in place the share price hopefully should follow the footsteps of CMT in Singapore...
can anyone enlighten me on the current analysts' views on China real estate economy and REIT prospects? many thanks. |

Hmm I think his strategy is ok. He was worried price will drop further and the 2 cents per share was just an insurance policy |

nowadays, those solid performance company pressed down the price.. of course we will go for mid-long term... when you pull long the time frame, you will see u are definitely at winning side.. unless u bought some thrash stocks which hammered down until now still 0.02..
hi guys ur just buying for trading or holding long term?
Dear Jackjames,
Thank you for your explanation. I believe two minds is better than one mind, is not it?

as an experienced trader like you, you should know the FA sounds company only..... what goes down must go up.. unless someone stand out and say this counter is a thrash, ha ha.. which i don't think so... so, this type of answer i think you should know it what.. |

Dear Jackjames,
Aiyo, why did not you tell me earlier, while I ask about any suggestion? No problem, I 'll recover tomorrow if the price do not move up so much. By the way at what price should we be able to exit, as such I 'll not sell at lower price! (For your estimated holding time horizon of mine) I do not mind holding for about three weeks to one month from today for this counter).
