But for curiosity, check their last Q report
Cash and cash equivalent RMB 539M or about S$ 100M
  1 for four right issue at $0.08 , if all subscribed, 248M sharesx0.08= proceed =about S$20M
sound very familiar to another one.
lots of CASH ( in paper) yet money not enough.

Just be very careful. market sold down by 25% today.
Maybe due to this SGX Website Announcement

CIMB:
China Zaino Int’l (S$0.59) - Initiating coverage - Undervalued consumer stock
Zaino designs, develops, manufactures and sells backpacks and luggage under its proprietary DAPAI brand. Frost and Sullivan estimates that DAPAI is the largest backpack company in China, with an estimated 35.8% market share by revenue in 2006. Demand for bags is robust in the PRC, owing to a growing Chinese population and increased domestic and international travel. Armed with net IPO proceeds of Rmb410m, Zaino will be expanding its production capacity to satisfy demand in China. We forecast a 3-year earnings CAGR of 37% for FY08-10. Our target price is S$0.95, set at 7x CY09 earnings, which represents a 50% discount to average valuations for Chinese retailers under our coverage, in view of the slower growth of the backpack and luggage industry, compared with sporting goods. Initiate with Outperform.
