Hi Victor,

I'm glad to help as i've invested both cash and my cpf retirement fund into your company. I'm a great fan of companies who are transparent in their business dealings both in good and bad times. I like to share my research not to drive up the share price but to give fellow investor more information before the invest their hard earned money into a company.

I'm also vested in another company Vicplas whom CEO name is also Victor I like both companies as they have the vision to go into an alternative business as their existing business is highly cyclical. The new business would provide better growth opportunity and earnings stability.

The 2 company Vicplas and Asian Micro also took the effort not to dilute existing shareholders equity significantly like the other RTO deals, i wonder when the share prices of these RTO deals will ever be returned to the shareholders in earnings...maybe a few hundred years or never

I've noticed that Asian Micro disclosure has been limited to the ShareInvestor forum. This would mean only the forum subscribers would have acces to these valuable information about the expansion plans of the company.

It would be unfair to the vast majority to other vested or interested investors or funds whom may not have access to these information although the information disclosed isn't material like contract announcements.

I would suggest the following for better investor relations practice which may even win your company an award at the SIAS annual corporate awards :

-updating your company website with the current new business of the company as the www.so-ngv.com link doesn't seems to be working. a good website i've found is www.ngv.com.sg.

-your full year annual report is due soon, maybe an intro to how Asian Micro got introduced into the NGV industry, more details about your thai partners. The history of the thai business before Asian Micro took a stake.

-A series of milestone the NGV business hope to achieve for FY08. The business is great but the stakes are high and Asian Micro being a small company has a lot to lose.

Some suggestion i have for the new business:

-in the automotive industry, it would be better for the NGV business in the petrol segment reaching out to the consumer market to form a club of some sort like SPC's "SPC and U" club and conduct tours to nearby malaysia to test the NGV vehicles as SPC has done to prove its petroleum is in no way inferior to other brands. This will creat customer royalty and repeat business in maintainance contract and sale of accessories like CNG tanks with designer motif prints. sponsorship of CNG races can begin when Asian Micro have excess cash in hand.

-make more friends then foes. you can make friends with the local head snake like you did in thailand with PTT. In malaysia is Petronas and singapore SPC. Become partners with the exisitng players (eg. C. Melchers GmbH & Co.) in singapore and leverage on each other technology and regional expansion plans.

-participant in trade shows like the one i've mentioned in thailand to get exposure and learn from more established players.

-make the thailand partners directors in singapore as thailand people make great business partners, they are hardworking and smart but they want control over ownership which hinders foreign majority ownerships. but as long the company makes money it ok for them to take a larger share. it is better to make less then lose more rite?

-keep an eye on cashflow, cash is like blood in a body. only expand further when the existing thailand operation makes real cash not just sales but real cash comes in and maintenance contracts are secure to ensure recurring cashflow.

-in malaysia you need to engage local partners and give them the majority share and the business will work for you. it is more risky then thailand because of the security, religion and political risk. you can come back the next day and all your equipment will disappear...heehee

-add on maintenance contract with auto renewal clause with discount for low maintenance work done for well maintened customers when awarded conversion contract. conversion contract is once off revenue, maintainence is recurring revenue with potential new business in selling brand new CNG vehicles.

-establish sales quota for selling CNG vehicles with the chinese and korea suppliers with bonus if quota is met and share swap is possible so business interest is aligned.

-sell your existing business when the electronic business starts to pick up later in the year. static memory will be used in the future as prices drops and harddisk will eventually be phased out.

-in singapore to get started you need to engage the big boys (eg. MINDEF, SBS Transit, ComfortDelgro, DHL, Tiong Woon) They have many vehicles and once you get their contract it will make it viable for petroleum companies to start laying pipes and add on gas dispensers. They will be happy of the amount of money they can save and the goodwill they build on saving the environment. Asian Micro can also sweeten the deal by building small scale CNG dispensers at the depot so fuel supply is secured like what SPC does when it gets construction site contract to supply diesel (eg. vivocity project)

i hope forumers do not flood mr victor's email and share your views online like me...or the CAD may start emailing u...heehee . discussion will be about how to make the business grow and none of insider information, i would encourage forumers whom are fund managers or knows people in the industry to take a look at Asian Micro, this business is fantastic and it has only just begun

Besides AddValTech, AsianMic will present a better financial next year I predict. Why I say so is based on simple observations. First there is news of new shares issued and SGX query on that new major shareholder relationship with the company which happen to be some in-law relationship? Then we have news of them expanding their business in Thailand. Then we have yet yesterday news of them selling a property in Tuas to reduce bank debt and expand their new business. Then we have a name change to better reflect their core business. Then we have SGX query on their latest financial on some figures as to why they are so much lesser compared to previous report. Above incoming news indicate to me their CNG business is making monies and the company is gradually making a transition to change from their clean room business to this CNG business. I believe when they release their financial which include this new CNG business figures, analyst will start to cover this stock. If AddValTech can salt fish turn around, I believe the next player could be AsianMic. Please buy at your own risk as always :)

Juz to add on if all the Thai govt agencies decide to switch to CNG for all their vehicles the business potential is going to make AsianMicro BIG! But this is all prediction so we should wait for the next audited financials to verify that fact.

it seems the CNG business in Thailand is going very good with increased order some more. yesterday news was a report on how the Thai govt is trying to go towards that as fuel for their transport. and the recent movement from the directors and major stake taken up by major shareholders indicate the next coming financial for AsianMicro is going to be good. based on past history, this stock pay dividends so i hope they will increase that if the CNG business become a revenue generator. i am vested :)

It all depend if the CNG business in Thailand take off or not. If it take off, then the prospects is good. However if the venture failed the price will drop quite drastically too.

hi ahxing, not likely to be taken over. i think this is more like a  family owned counter. Probably reached a high of 13c and unlikely to move higher today.
