The counter has such low volumes. When you want to sell, you'll get stucked. There're other other stocks with greater liquidity and profits.

CIMB's tp ex-bonus (1-for-4) lowered to $1.22 (from $1.65). They have rolled forward their valuation from 13.6x CY08 P/E (set at a 20% discount to STI target) to 11x CY09 P/E. Their new multiple is now pegged at a 20% discount to the average valuation for bigger direct selling peers, including Amway, Avon and Nu Skin, now that Best is competing more closely with them in China.

 

But today, volume is a fantastic 426+ lots...

Maybe some funds are buying... maybe time to "cheong" soon...

Yes... it is understandable... it is not easy to liquidate all at one go...

Can be very Lay Chay eg. partial done, lose out on commissions, etc...

But if teekum one eg. 1 lot, 3 lots, etc... ,then there's no problem  ..

wanted to enter but always got better stocks to buy. thus may give up. also the amount i wanna buy also may not to able get in one trade or even one day thus i am scared what will happen when i wanna sell. this stock is out for me at the moment..

My Best World holdings are all bought below .80. I bought just because I like MLM, especially considering the big potential in China...

 

now i can buy double the volume i bought earlier becoz i sold it at 1.30+ and more than 5 times that volume if i use margin to buy. lol

 

what is your entry px? this counter is a bane for TA player coz of the volume. but than doesnt mean i cant buy it as i bought it before. i cash out on 1.3+ now i saved almost half like what zhuge said.

 

 

Best World plans to acquire a 51% stake in Joymain, which has a direct selling licence in Jiangsu. Consideration of the acquisition is Rmb51m, of which Rmb31m will be offset by the injection of BWL Shanghai and BWL Hunan into the restructured Joymain. It would be foolish not to bail out around $1.30. Fell to $0.70 today. Almost halve.

Thin volume is good in that in a downtrend, when only a very few sell, the price drops with a thud.

But in an uptrend, the price rockets up so easily with only low volume, (but higher volume than sells).. so we are dealing not with a stock, but with the trend... 

Thus, to benefit much, "getting to know the trend" is the way to go ...
