I'm a very newbie here, just wondering is there a place that i can look out for new IPO that is going to be lauch just like Sunvic? so  at least it better for us to get an hands on on IPOs??

 

It is pure luck trying at ATM for applying for any ipo on offer. Usually lucky, lucky winners 6-7 out of 10 ipo on offer came out a winners.

(A word of advise, dun be over come or out witted by GREED:( ).



1st) To qualify. Mimium age is above 21 years old

2nd) Need CDP a/c (don't have), visit d CDP office to open an a/c or for further info. www.sgx.com.sg.

3rd) Need to open an a/c (for trading-to buy/to sell) with any of d Securities firm. There as least 5 securities firms around. (KimEng Securities, DBS Vickers Securities, UOB Kay Hian Securities , OCBC Securities and Philip Securities). likely new a/c holder, u may need ur fren to recommend to them, if not call them -check it out 1st. New a/c maybe activited on the following day after u sign those document, which is quite standard.

4th) Mgr will explain to U in his/her office) e.g. ??? and more ???: like Do U need to do internet trading. Do U want EPS-electronic payment scheme. U must declcare/authorized the Securities office (which ever) and so on.....quite standard and fast (less then .5 hour) all done.

5th) finally U can visit any ATM to try whichever ipo offer U like best.

Conngrats to all who got the shares.

I've been eyeing the SunVic but was not successful.

I tried to apply for at least 4 IPOs previously, via ATM but was not successful in getting any of them inc Sunvic. Am I missing out on anything other than goinog to the ATM and subscribing for the shares?

pls advise. I hope I'm not in the wrong thread. Newbie here.

don't think u can sell via ATM if u got the ipo. 

u need the cdp no to appy and u need a trading account with any of the brokerage firm to sell .

 

Once the share start to trade, you can sell it by using your trading account.  Hope it help

i wanted to get the sunvic ipo... but dun have the stupid cdp acct... yep... u guessed it... i'm new at this...

have one qn... hope someone can help...

assuming i get the ipo... how to sell ah? can sell via ATM also? and reading from u ppl's post... i can sell the moment it starts it's 1st day of trading liao izzit?

Your A/c won't do as your a/c is oni good for one try (one chance oni). The rest got or need to open a/c 1st with CDP office, then go along with your flavour remiser and/or dealer to open a/c for trading under their names. Yahh....

 

And now all $$$ is to China Farrm liao, next TP oso on CitySpring, same as usual 5ppl with 5 chances . "Kong Xi Kong Xi" real AngPow $$$.

The rest oso need CDP a/c to keyin, their age must be after age 21 years and above, it is just your $$$ to be credit into their a/c with their knowledge and KENS, can share, share kopi money with them. Yahh.......($_$).

 

Woww...Yahoo.. opening 0.755c, now trading at785c/79c after 5mins, let go my at 755c and make 1.5k kopi$$$ with 2 lots done, alway leave some for other so that other cam oso have kopi $$$ :).

It's going to start some where near to 60 cts, how near ??, tink tink from $0.55c to $0.58c with an upside of another 10% to 12% in coming days. Just my guess, let C tomorro morning :).
