This does not show the true value . At least we can get a bargain now . In the oil and gas sector . Anything can happen....
The deal about quoted share price does not reflect true value at all. It seemingly tries to mislead investors.

I holding some . Finally earning profit last quarter . It about time
the recent penny stock sell down has had a ripple effect on other penny stocks
however am confident on Federal with its contract wins and CEO purchases..
