According to the posting below, with the current price trade trade at $0.22, isit it a good deal to go in now as the company is offering a share buy back at $0.65???

 

A formal offer letter dated 2 January 2008 (the ?Offer Letter?) setting out the terms and conditions of, and the rationale for, the Offer and enclosing the acceptance form (the ?Acceptance Form?) of the Offer, will be dispatched to the Shareholders on 4 January 2008.
