They are going to take over all farmland and create agribusinesses because small farms with lack of labour may not be able to feed the whole of China.
The rural people will be shifted to cities. The cities will be modern cities with state of the art facilities . They will be thriving metropolis not slums. With factories producing high tech in the hinterlands. Lots of karaokes and massage parlours so the rural folks would loved to live in.
Not one or two but thousands scattered in the kingdom. Imagine thousands of Bangkoks sprouting at once.
The rurals will be turned into agriparks and industrial hubs and verdant nature resorts. What will China produce? High Tech stuff , Mid tech stuff.
Low tech for ASEANs.
