
When I first bought at 92cts Co proposed $0.010013 and $0.0026 i.e total $0.012623 per 1 unit or $12.613 per 1000units ...now more than break even with my 50,000 units even if I sell at 91 cts eg my loss will be (0.92-.91)x50000=$500 verses my dpu of $630.65(50000x$12.613)  ie still making gains $130.65 (630.65-500) should I sell to the buyer at 91cts but be patient lah will be makking more $$$ if hold longer

Because of yr patience...Biosensor moved liao $1.17-1.175..Co still collecting at 1.17..the big block at 1.175 so to collect at 1.17 still cheap..Ascendas is slow but steady ..up from its ipo price 88cts,during its debut it went under 88cts..will touch $1..just like Sabana Reit,..unlikley to lose $$$ better than putting $$$ in the banks...low risk to invest in Ascendas H.T
i got  Ascendas Hospitality Trust  (Q1P.SG),  with  Biosensors  (B20.SG) its healthcare pick. but then they do not seems to grow...... even  contracted

Business Times Nov 17-18 ..Ascendas Hosp.Trust will be included in MSCI/S'pore Index on Nov 30...hope this will propel it to inch up more
Sorry I sold off MLT some time ago, didn't get eh dividends, I got into Far east HT at  .985 near IPO price. Today close at .990
When fiscal cliff is settle, it will cheong above 1.1. the recent high was 1.06 just only recently. 
This counter got great upside.

strong can stay above 90cts gd sign-another mth o9r sold maybe cross 41 b4 results out
FE Hosp Trust is just as good. @ $1 is good buy., near IPO price. It rally recently. I alos like this counter.
BTW, looking at DOW and Obama's policy and STI fall 1%, do u think it is still good to hold our counters  or sell off???

How does Ascendas HT comparee with Far East H.T latter at $ 1.00 now?
 
wanted to buy when it was 86-87.5 slightly below ipo 88cts but hesistated becoz use $$ for more risky counters..now $$$ came in want some safe,not so wild fluctating and yet got stwady capital gains and dpu...haha definitely better than bank's fd

This is excellent counter, juz as Mapletree Log Trust, I bought .885. Presently moment MLT pass 1.1. Peak was almost 1.2 recently. This counter will also pass 1.2 over time. Cheers ....

Ascendas group very strong and promising. Good to accumulate and this is steady income and although slow capital gain, it won't disappoint you over time.

Bought 50lots at 92cts this morning 7 Nov...long term will surely cross $1..like the Maple Tree group,Ascendas REIT,SABANA,etc..1.23cts dpu per 1000shares..in view of the low interest fd rates..this is  agd counter for yield and capital gains-slow and steady

You are right.  However, in this market, it will probably be in the money though may not be much. (my opinion only)
