How many percent dividend yield are you looking for? 8% very good oredi. Only snag is this share is for those with money to put away for a while, lol.

Counter is on CD HK$0.0348 per share. Last traded at 7.1 cents. This gives a dividend yield of only 8 percent.
I think HKD is appreciating, owing to China's favored leadership in the HK government, so good time to reconsider buying this counter.
Sorry Genting bond should be giving you $515.50 making your investment total $10,415 by interest date.

Again comparison will give a better picture. Genting Perp Bonds pays 5.15% and it is trading at 99 cents. Let say you buy Genting P Bond with 9900 you will get annually $509.85 for this. Your investment grows year end to $10409.85. With the same investment amount of $9900 you buy Azeus for 150 lots at assumption price of 6.6 cents. 150 lots of Azeus with the inpending dividends of HK$0.034 (S$0.05742 at the rate of S$0.165 to $1 HK) you will receive divs of $861.30 and very soon your money will become $10,761.30 which exceeds the investment in Genting Bonds by several hundred dollars.
OK. This is a good stock for its dividends and stable growth. If you disagree, it is ok with me as I shorted not because it is bad, but because I trade. long and short in most good counters. Doesn't mean when one shorted a counter, it is bad. I used to short DBS upto 10,000 shares each time. Is DBS a junk? Azeus is neither a junk as it pays regularly year in and year out about 5 percent in yields, that is 5% of the investment at price of 6 to 7 cents. My short is quite high at around 8.5 cents sometime back.
I have shorted no doubt, but just will buy a bit here and there to cross out. I normally short at dividends and buy back after paying dividends of the stocks and found this way always profitable with the nature of our stock market here. I will never short in oversea markets as they are very volatile.

If I can't buy back cheaper, by the time dividends are paid out, I need to pay the dividends, so it is just a gamble nothing more than that. This is what fund managers are doing most of the time, short to hedge your investments, personal or your company's.
