Sin Heng registered revenue of $40.3m (+51.2% y-o-y) for 3Q FY13 and $124.6m (+37.8% y-o-y) for 9M FY13. The
increase in total revenue was due to increase in both rental and trading revenues. Gross profit of $7.2m for 3Q FY13 was 67.0% higher y-o-y while total gross profit of $21.6m for 9M FY13 which was 61.7% higher than the prior 9M FY12. Gross margin improved to 17.3% for 9M FY13 from 15.8% in FY12. 3Q13 net profit doubled to S$3.1m while 9MFY13 was up 67% to S$9.4m. Chartwise, it’s been based out at 0.245.
Looking ahead, the company is cautiously optimistic that the key markets it operates remain encouraging. Technically, thestock has been trading in a narrow band from 0.23-0.26 since early March. It looks to have based out at $0.24-0.245.
Scope for an initial move to $0.265, a rise above this is needed to lift the stock to $0.285.

I think TOYOTA buying into SH is because of its expertise in lifting and haulage work which TOYOTA may help bring SH into Myanmar as the Japanese are Into a huge SEZ port project in Yangon.One needs to be patience... Huge contract will be coming for SH Myanmar.
Just picked up some sin heng today ...mainly due to.construction boom in asean especially Singapore ..new mrt and hdb projects till 2030. Yield above 4per cent. Nat around 21cents. With Toyota involvement..maybe they will be able to get more projects...and Toyota co.may eventually buy out the company in mid term...just hope

Sin Heng is a good buy compared to Tat Hong which is way over-valued. I recommend to buy in as a proxy to the steady stream of infrastructure projects that will continue to prop up the economy in the short to mid term, as well as opportunities arising from developments in Iskandar, Johor.

There is no more excitement from Myanmar fever. This counter is not picking up.

Myanmar fever is back? is it gonna push up UPP stock price once again even though I see profit taking rather than a shooting star? Think retracement is necessary after days of bull run-up.. It's gonna test the 52-wk high again soon, I suppose..
Agree. Myanmar fever is back again. See how Yoma bounced up.
Sin Heng why worry about div capital appreciation better ! if Myanmar play continued 30 cents still can come!!
