Seem like many bad news on KC lately.....I will wait patiently till it drop to $9.50....hee hee

Pls be very careful if you're thinking of going long purely on the basis of these 2 indicators - they have a tendency to give false signals under saturation, especially with stochastics.
Price action and volume would be more reliable.
Do note that while this may be a long play as oil chionged up tonight, there's likely to be opposing selling pressure as STI is very likely to gap down heavily in the morning, and Kep Corp happens to be one of the heavyweight components just after the banks.

Shiok man! Thanks for the chance to pick up cheap from short-sellers and panic-sellers! Been waiting patiently to buy back since I sold off at $12 plus a few weeks back with profits of more than $20k. Should move back to around $12 soon!

With this kind of negative news, I think I better wait n see... if not later analyst lower target price...then px will drop again...maybe down to around $9.50 again...hee hee ..juz my silly view...

Keppel Corp fell on news of a dispute with Fred Olsen Energy over a US$580 million rig rebuilding contract at Keppel Verolme yard in Rotterdam.
Fred Olsen Energy said on Wed that it has a disagreement with Keppel and would pull out its semi-submersible drilling rig Blackford Dolphin from the yard before completion of the rebuilding job.
AK also panic, early the morning. didn't sense any reason for it to drop such a sudden leh. now not back leow, making a U turn.

trusted this burger though affected by global market sentiment. sensed the market trend, sold few at 11.84 12.10 n1228 last few weeks with collected div. keep few for testing loh.
Citigroup trims Keppel Corp to $12.97 from $13.25 after cutting FY08-10E estimates by 6%-8% on slower contribution from Property, Infrastructure and O&M segments. However, keeps at Buy as says O&M concerns may be overdone. "Feedback from investors highlight worries over orderbook momentum and potential execution issues (e.g. delays, cost overruns) but we believe pushback in deliveries are more likely related to equipment sourcing by vendors or variation orders, so risks of penalties are unlikely. We remain upbeat on the industry and Keppel remains well positioned to maintain market share."
I'll wait. 9-day MACD not convincing, though Williams ok. Vol is not fantastic as well.
