What else Russian cannot do? At least china government is intervening to rescue the 15 crews.
As i mentioned before Cosco is still fundamentally strong. Remember sembmarine is a key shareholder as well which means .....
I see it creeping upwards and it will soon reach 1.20 in a week or two.
The russian client really daring, dun pay n just cruise off..
But seems this incident is nt affect their stock price. Creeping up slowly when no one is notice!

Cosco rose as broad market uptick offsets prospect of US$12.4 million loss stemming from trial voyage gone wrong. Of total contract value of US$16.2 million related to repair of 3 fish-processing vessels for Russian client, Cosco has received only US$3.8 million after completing work; company says customer took off with vessels during trial voyage last month, changed navigation routes without approval of Chinese coastal authorities. While Cosco says outstanding sum won't affect FY08 results if not recovered, DMG analyst Serene Lim says "this incident affirms our concerns on Cosco's customer profile (and) funding abilities."
banks are in thinking of giving cosco a big bank loan to buy metal as price has fallen reasonably low .....co may b on track to proceed with more projects instead of facing cancellation
lookslike cosco is running out of steam liao...good candidate to short now! expect to close below 80c today...
BDI retracement is getting slower, and will be good it stabilise and make a movement up. that would be good for Cosco.
Consider cheap Bluechip at the current price. Look at Sembmar, already moving up more than 20% from last monday low. however, Cosco's move was a conservative of merely less than 13%.
Even a cut liao the oil still drop.. due to slow economy. I think $50 oil is possible..

I saw CNBC a few days ago. The analyst said that the OPEC will probably not let oil fall to US$50 level. They will cut production to prevent that from happening.
Buy when volume is at low and price is stable for long term investment.
That is my view.

closing at 0.67 with high volume again and it seem that alot throwing this share. Just wonder when will be the best price to go in to buy share...anybody?
