Well, I think it will break $1.60 before closing and continue the slide next week until it finds strong support around $1.50. Not so much about the stock itself (although it is weak) but you have to take macro-factor into consideration. Look at Dow future is currently down by more than 60 points due to JP Morgan and China CPI. Wilmar's recent movement will be a good sample .....

Yes. But you must have reserve funds in case of margin call. Shortists always win if they have the funds because the market will always come down after going up. The deposit ranges from 10 percent to 30 percent depending on counters. If you know how to ensure your sale average is always above the market price at any point of time, you will always come out the winner.

unless u have lots of $$ to burn, if not i suggest u stay out of learning this :)
just buy when u think the price is low enough

Always remember that in playing short, you could lose all the money you deposited if you are not strong financially. Even if you are strong, there are the market snakes who are many times stronger than you and can eat you up whole. So be careful if you are going to play shorting all the time.

But even assuming you reached the breakeven point,
you can bet your bottom dollar that you will not get out...

The BBs helped me by their pushing down stocks.
