Expected. Sabana need to "sabar" (be patient) for a while b4 back to $1.

The DPU for the next 3 years should be quite certain due to the commited master leases with reputable tenants like Ho Bee , CDL.... can refer to prospectus for this info.

If rental for industrial property hear north then DPU should go up, but vice versa.

Overall the rentals for industrial property are on the low side, so believe there is upside potential for this sector.

Better than Singpost...with higher dividend payout and higher capital appreciation (Just my view only)

No one start anything here.. So i start one..

Bot some 20 lots at 96.5cts, forcasted yield near 9% p.a

IPO: $1.05 will still yield at about 8.22%

So anything below $1 will be very attractive because not only you got chance to gain from capital appreciation, you will still benefit from their dividend payout.
