Their earnings track record is good. However, if the company keeps making investors' hearts beat erratically with bad news of refinancing issues now and then, one really needs to question if the company is still worthwhile to invest long term. It is both the certain predictability of good earnings growth plus lack of debts through the future years that makes a business with excellent economics sense to invest. A company that is cash hungry (with large capex) and thus requires large amounts of debts and liabilities through the years to fund it's operations may drag down it's earnings profitability eventually. Anyway, hope that Jaya Holdings can clear their refinancing and exercise prudent capital management going forward.
<A business that has very certain predictability of high profit margin, with low debts and uses high amounts of retained earnings to grow it's business for a long period of time makes wonderful business economics for the long run.> <Invest in such businesses at below their intrinsic value to generate high rate of compounded returns through the years.>
did anyone noticed the query from SGX on the trading activity on the volume traded yesterday?
i really don't comprehend, in a pent up volume (even if there's no pending announcement on re-financing issue).
I would think in any rally, there would be counter/s being question everyday, if you noticed the sudden appearance of some penny stocks or mid cap on hugh volume recently.
Latest target Price will hit $1 soon......after good news release.....
actually, it's quite a simple logic if you were to look at their past years results.
i really don't see any reason why a company with decent track record looking for fundings would be rejected by financial institutions. Do a count, how many companies are relying solely on their own cashflow for business expansion?
Not applying to this counter only but high gearing is a double edge sword, depending on funds needed for the purpose it serves.
good luck tomorrow ...the price seems 50% above the sky now ...

heard from my broker that it is going to announce the refinancing issue soon. insider information is positive. thus i can see some institution buying on speculation. i personally think it is worth at least 60cents base on mid june pricing. further more, futures are trending up, so tomorrow could be another rally day. i bought some at 50 cents.
Lucky me, but when back hme monitor it alredi 0.485 liao, so can buy at 0.495 n sold at 0.505, hehe kopi $ for weekend shopping for kids......
this counter didn't move during recent rallies as it was plagued by re-financing issue.
It was hovering around 0.66 last month till the re-financing announcement was made.Still, i bought it at 0.35 as the 52 wks low was at 0.19 & it just looks attractive and i believe they could iron out the re-financing issue eventually. just my thoughts.
Maybe want to lure people to buy their stock??
Dangerous already..... if go in now...The price up n down fast. Hit around 0.515 jus now
Don't know who playing...leh.
the way it go up...maybe another offer cut in...miss the stock...
