The fact that a stock is oversold doesn't really mean very much because it can stay oversold for some time before reversing in trend.

have to wait for next quarter results and 3G to cheers....

 

This stock has been oversold....although may not go up straight but definitely worth if u r willing to hold for sometime ;

 

Still downtrending as expected... remain cautious on longcheer

might be wise not to rush to enter yet....TA charts still down.

Pure charting for today: insti/likely insti BU/SD:

BU: 3680 lots via 31 buyers, ave lot size 118

SD: 4076 lots via 38 sellers, ave lot size 107.



Will continue watching this for a TA trade. has greater upside potential than osim if it starts a trend reversal. Not likely to be a contra tho, since the moment it hits certain targets, there's likely to be investors waiting to bail out. Bounce bounce pattern. keke.

I take analyst calls with a pinch of salt because they are most likely "after the fact"....

Anyway, I think longcheer isn't heading up anytime soon.

 

longcheer next support will likely be 70c , in line with the sell call from ocbc.

if you really want to buy this baby, maybe wait for further 10% discount, 63c to go in for a "safer" buy. Don't worry that you will miss the boat lah... from past experience this stock unlikely to rebound so soon & back in favour with the funds.

I have no doubt this counter will eventually recover.. 

 

sorry to the ppl who have invested, but i suspect this counter would have to bottom to at least 70cts before it can recover.. why 70cts I really have no answer just gut feel..... question is would I buy at 70cts? personally not, unless longcheer have significantly new assets, business leads, perhaps 60cts then....

eheh, since you are our resident shortist specialist (RSS nickyng??) :P....tip for you: take the blues like singtel, every time they break their upper or lower bollie, short the counter. you're likely to make. the only qn is how much. ;) pls do make your own decisions tho!
