is WE going to go into halt again if they never release the announcement today?
The board of Directors of WE Holdings Ltd. (the ?Company?) refers to the Announcements and wishes to update that the Company and Nay Win Tun (collectively, the "Parties") had agreed via a supplemental term sheet to further extend the revised Cut-Off Date of the Term Sheet, which was 23 August 2013 to 22 September 2013 to enable both Parties to finalise and execute the Definitive Agreement.
Under the Term Sheet, WE Holdings will purchase 20% of the total issued share capital of Dragon Cement, equivalent to an aggregate consideration of US$20 million. The Company also has the option to purchase an additional 20% of the total issued share capital within three months from the completion of the Proposed Acquisition. With the Proposed Acquisition, the plant?s production capacity is targeted to double from 400 to 800 tonnes a day.
Assume Monday they shld make announcement. I'm not sure the game rule to release result once crosses deadline.

Err..what is like this 22nd sep? Is it the new whether the acqusition of the cement company is accepted? Is there a deadline when they announce? Not vested at the moment..

EMS placement 0.042, now 0.074, just start, may up some more
Mirach placement 0.120, now 0.495, take 10 months 4 time
Etika placement 0.21321, now 0.485, take 8 months. 2.7 time before
Still have many counter like AP, SeeHs, Asiasons, ISR, Giken etc... check your own.
We placement at 0.0478, I'm not going to sell now! lol |
