I think so, bcaus we never bought thro' broker firm. . It is not excess right. it is entittled right for 1 lot. Only mentioned in CDP statement. Pls correct me if i m wrong.

If you have POEM account, you can sell odd lots. Not sure about other brokerages.If not, got to ask your broker to sell. Only thing is the brokerage fee may be high in relation to your no. of lots.

Agreed, keep for long term. The harvest will not be only better but excellent.
I intend to lock mine in the freezer until the next bull run (est 2012) to see if $10 is possible - likely after the full recovery of resdiential/office properties in SPore, and completion of mega projects Mariner Bay Finncial Center, Keppel Bay developments, PRC Tianjin Eco City, and Vietnam projects.
