It doesn't bother me, just normal daily market fluctuations. Am in it for long-term so these price movements don't bug me. You should not let it affect you either. :)

The company's year-end falls on 31 August, 2007. Thus, it will only announce results close to end-Oct 2007. It does not do quarterly reporting as yet and so don't expect any financial results anytime soon.

That said, today's announcement is definitely good news, but I had already factored this in as the market for AHTS and AHT is still strongly bouyant.

Will do a simple write-up soon on this.

Good luck !

Looking at this company, no wonder JP morgan give it a higher price target. Few contracts on hand  and on the way...so predict better dividend should be coming as well. Looking at past records, the next dividend date should be around the corner..maybe this month..marine stocks are in for a good 2007. Seeing more uptrend for this stock...vested. My target is $8.00...Smiley  EZRA...I had faith in u.

Ezra Holdings Limited Press Release Vessel charters promise US$127m for EZRA amidst buoyant offshore upcycle

US$127m charters for 8 existing and 2 new vessels
Positive contribution from current financial year

Singapore, 10 July 2007 ? Ezra Holdings Limited (?Ezra‟, ?the Group‟ or 以斯拉控股), a leading integrated offshore support and marine services provider in Southeast Asia‟s offshore oil and gas industry, announced today 10 new charters contracts worth US$127 million. Said Ezra‟s Managing Director Lionel Lee: ?Our latest charters at improved rates reflect the continued strength of the offshore oil & gas sector globally and especially in Southeast Asia. The Lewek Stork will be the second Anchor Handling, Towing and Supply vessel (AHTS) for the same client and will be deployed in India, another high growth market we are targeting to expand our presence.? ?Our diverse and highly equipped fleet provides support services from anchor handling, towing and supply to prefabrication and construction of offshore exploration and production facilities. Ezra, with its integrated service offering, is therefore well-positioned to ride the sustained surge in E&P activities,? added Mr Lee. Ezra is chartering 5 AHTS and 3 Anchor Handling Tugs (AHT) from its existing fleet to various oil majors for operation in Southeast Asia. The charters are worth about US$69 million and are for periods up to 5 years, with options for extension. Besides these, Ezra is also negotiating 3-year charters worth US$58 million for two of its new vessels which are due for delivery in the first half of the financial year ending 31 August 2008 (?FY 2008?).

Last month, Ezra announced the maiden charter for its first heavy-lift, accommodation & pipe-lay vessel to international integrated energy major ConocoPhillips, through Emas Offshore Construction and Production Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of its 88%-owned EOC Limited. The Group currently manages 24 vessels ? 14 AHTS, 4 AHTs, three crewboats, two heavy lift accommodation crane barges and a deck cargo barge - and is expecting delivery of 10 more vessels by 2009. This includes the world‟s first two 30,000 bhp large Rolls-Royce-designed multi-functional support vessels which will further enhance Ezra‟s edge in the provision of deep water offshore support services

JP Morgan raises Ezra target to $8.60

SINGAPORE - JP Morgan has raised its share price target for Ezra Holdings to $8.60 (US$5.59) from $6.30 and kept its 'outperform' recommendation after the Singapore firm announced the purchase of a pipe-layer and two anchor-handling vessels. -- REUTERS

It plans to expand in the western hemisphere by buying firms with offshore vessels or yards to tap higher charter rates in a booming energy exploration industry.

MD Lionel Lee said on Thursday the company will be looking to expand in the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, North Sea and West Africa, which could add 20-30% to its revenue growth. But it would avoid working in Nigeria where he believed the security risks were too high.

"We plan to grow in those regions more by acquisitions rather than grow organically. We are looking at companies in businesses similar to ours," Lee said in an interview as part of the Reuters Energy Summit.

The acquisitions could be funded by debt rather than by sale of new shares, he said, but declined to give any value.

Ezra rents out offshore rigs and vessels such as anchor handling tugs that support the industry, almost all contracted in Asia and the Middle East so far, except for one in West Africa. Top rivals include A.P. Moeller Maersk and Prosafe.
.
Lee said Ezra has recently opened an office in Britain's oil capital Aberdeen to serve its European clients and capture business in the western hemisphere. It aims to list subsidiary EOC Ltd on Oslo's main stock exchange by the 4th quarter of this year, after an over the counter listing in April.

He said the Western expansion plan would be aided by delivery of 11 more vessels by the end of Q108, taking its fleet to 34, with US$350 million investments in '07 and '08.

"Oil companies are pushing us to become a global player," he said. "We are looking to move some equipment into the North Sea going forward."

A Reuters Estimates poll of six analysts showed it is likely to make about $194 million in revenues in '07 and $72 million in earnings.

The market for oil services has boomed after years of high oil and gas prices that are leading to greater exploration, and Lee sees a niche in serving the move to ever deeper waters with its technology for mooring floating vessels.

"That's where the industry is moving to and we have to move in that part of the segment if we want to be relevant. Not only Brazil and West Africa but even Malaysia and China are going deepwater."

The firm had operations in Nigeria in the mid-1990s but is avoiding returning to Africa's largest oil producer following an 18-month campaign of violence against the industry that has slashed its output by about a quarter.

"The returns are extremely good. But you put a lot of people at risk. Nigeria -- we'll it a give a miss right now," he said, despite oil service returns there at double the market rate.

He said market rates for offshore support vessels are as high as US$4-US$5 per brakehorse power per day (bhp) for spot deals, and US$1.50 bhp for longer-term contracts. He said day rates could improve by 10-20% this year.

Two of its vessels ordered for '08 and '09 were 30,000 bhp Anchor Handing Towing and Supply ships, larger than the usual 18,000 bhp size, which Lee said would be needed for ultra deep waters. But the firm has ordered few vessels beyond this time.

"Looking into the crystal ball you can see 3 years of strong demand safely."

Ezra Holding; BUY; S$5.80; Price Target : 12-month S$ 6.45

Ezra's core operations are performing well and the listing ofEMAS Offshore and Construction (EOC) on the OTC market in Norway islikely to take place over the next two to three weeks.Point: Besides allowing EOC to grow at a faster rate, the proceeds fromthe listing will also enable Ezra to reinvest in the AHTS business.Relevance: Target price adjusted to S$6.45 based on 14x charteringoperations and 16x for EOC based on peer group valuations.

I think this is one most crazy stock in SGX. It's prices have been doubling in quick time and is it so BULLISH for this company that it is so highly locked in that warrant such a price appreciation. No other ppl can beat a small company? I dont think so or is it perhaps the right PR and Syndication factor? Anyone can comment?

FA wise very good with good biz models and increasing cashflow till 2009. hope it will dip more so can buy when it bottomed..
