3Q results seems very good but can u trust these numbers. P/E < 2x, Price-to-NTA = 0.35x. In Apr 2011 60m placements at 20c vs share px 11c now. is in the same trade as Suspended black sheeps: China Goaxian, China Sky, China Hongxin, Sino-Fibre Tech, etc.

I agree it's not another Hongxing.
Their Premium products are key -- if they can catch the rich Chinese, Eratat will fly.

A very important set of results for Eratat. For the first time, apparel is more than 50% of sales, while footwear has fallen below 50%. Apparel is much higher margin (38% v 23%), so this is brilliant for Eratat's future earnings. And, they've announced the launch of a premium line of apparel for first tier cities for launch in H1 2011. The balance sheet is strong, and net cash grew. The shares look to be on a PE of less than 5x, which is ludicrously far below other HK listed China retailers. If this one gets a HK listing, the share price should more than double.
Eratat Lifestyle posts 90.7% rise in 1Q net profit to $7.1m
Eratat Lifestyle, the casual lifestyle footwear and apparel company based in Jinjiang, Fujian Province, says net profit after tax grew 90.7% to RMB 37.4 million ($7.1 million) for first quarter ended on 31 March, 2011 (1QFY11) from RMB 19.6 million in 1QFY10.
Eratat posted an increase of 28.3% in its revenue from RMB180.8 million in 1QFY10 to RMB231.9 million in 1QFY11.
This was mainly attributed to increase in sales from its higher margin Eratat brand apparel, which surged by 67.7% to RMB119.9 million in FY11Q1 from RMB71.5 million in FY10Q1.
Revenue contributed by footwear and apparel were 48.3% and 51.7% respectively in FY11Q1 as compared to 60.4% and 39.6% respectively in FY10Q1.
In FY11Q1, the group’s overall gross profit margin improved from 25.3% to 31.4%, contributed by footwear gross profit margin of 24.0% and apparel gross profit margin of 38.8%.
Eratat Lifestyle says it will continue to increase the ratio of apparel sales to footwear.
