Sabana is a very stinky counter. By now investors should know how to select counters to invest.  Should analyse why this counter difference with other reits and don't go for this kind of counter again .......

High yield so what? Price still continues dropping till everyone give up. Should know who are the people behind the screen before you invest.

I THINK PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE THIS TYPE OF REIT , OR MAYBE MANAGEMENT OR BUSINESS................................

The yield is about 9% at current price tag. If one is looking for passive income. This one should not be ignored.

i think this stock better not invest. very rigid.. against islamic rules, they cannot do business.. better invest in other reits.... suntec reit is much better.

DPU is paid quarterly.
