Global Logistic Properties Limited will release its third quarter (3Q FY2013) financial results for the period ended 31 December 2012, on Wednesday, 6 February 2013, after the close of trading.
I think GLP is a gem and has a strong growth trajectory.GLP owns, develops, leases and manages 420 modern warehouse properties in about 135 industrial zones, urban distribution centers, and integrated logistic hubs in China and Japan.It has teams up with CIC, GIC, Canada fund to acquire $1.4 bln of Brazil assets.The other thing I like is the company's social responsibility on its Hope School Program.Tapping into its GLP Hope School Fund, GLP continues to build one Hope School with every 500,000 square meters of building developed. For each Hope School, GLP supervises the construction of the school building, including classrooms, teachers' offices, dormitories, sports facilities, washrooms and walking paths to help children get to school safely, to ensure that the communities have all the resources they need to provide a better learning environment for the children.I think only very stable and established company would engage and commit to such program.
Time to accumulate when there are dips in share prices.

Now's my turn 2 scare...
Reason being not bcos of GLP's px too high now.
Juz dat, those pple who hv bot IPO px @ 1.960 on 18-Oct-2010.
They hv listened Isolator's call & sold @ a loss below IPO 1.960.
They mightn't can buy back below wat they hv sold last yr.
BBs might push e record high @ 2.330 tis time.
If BBs hv pushed sky high est. 2.400 tis yr.
Once if GLP few yrs later drop like wat Isolator always said 1.495.
My advise dun buy anymore...

But y I can read GLP'll hit 1.900 on 08-Jan-2012 (Sun)???
Reason being, I dun hv GLP.
Dat's y I can read...
Those shorts selling pple.
They kept shouting 1.495 since couple of mths ago.
Cos they r holding alot of blank stocks on hand.
They totally cnt read. Cos they r scared...

Stay focus and talk about GLP as need not deviate to Olam
GLP continues to hit new high is a known fact
But I start to wonder is GLP due for major corrections so timely to play short or the prices are still being played up for some good reasons like rights or bonds issue as key shareholders may be interested to expand GLP assets further through acquisitions of prime international logistic assets
