Alot of things depend on the acquisition of Wu Sheng Technology. Has tremendous potential because of huge growth in China Lottery market. This is high risk/high returns stock.
would like to see dbs analyst admitting his mistakes on the dcf calculation of TP >90
i have dumped ALL of my lottvision holdings... i will never touch this counter again... look at the announcements they are posting up.... like some mickey mouse shop.... once is enough. good luck to all other bros holding on to this... :)

We use a 5-yr DCF valuation method to drive a fair value of S$0.43 per share on LottVision. This amount is lower than the earlier estimate of S$0.76 due to lower contributions from PAL. The revision from 69.5% to 40% for the holding interest in PAL resulted in accounting for the contributions from PAL at the associate instead of the subsidiary level. |

DBS revised their target price to $0.50 which I think is conservative and more achievable.

Buy S$0.31 ; Price Target : 12-month S$ 0.50 (Prev S$ 0.90)
Story: We are stripping out the contribution of the following two
acquisitions from our valuation: (I) additional 30% stake in PAL following
Lottvision?s announcement that its stake in PAL is likely to stay at 40%;
and (II) acquisition of Wu Sheng as the viability of the deal turned
uncertain with Lottvision?s recent share price weakness.
Point: Notwithstanding near term earnings weakness in the initial phase of
lottery operation, we are optimistic on the long-term prospect of
Lottvision as a leading Asia lottery play. The Group is on track to meet
its target of 700 sports lottery outlets and 20 welfare lottery outlets in
China by 2007. It is progressively penetrating other Asian lottery markets
such as Korea, India and Taiwan as well as evolving as a technology
enabler.
Relevance: Stock has fallen 50% within two weeks and we see current price
weakness as good opportunity to accumulate a regional lottery play with
positive growth potential. Reiterate Buy with revised target price of
S$0.50 based on SOP, following the removal of contribution from the two
acquisitions, and assuming that the necessary approvals for the 40% stake
in PAL will be obtained from authority and shareholders.
