Not takeover la, just small 15% investment.
It is coming from the fund raised in Right Issue done a while ago. Once again taking easy money from the market and throw into .... hopefully good investment. The investment may not pull through.. many question marks!! Hope this time they are not get makan up by the mainlander..LOL |

I abit blur i keep readig about e propose takeover of this compay by digiland. 45 mil etc.. 12 mil downpayment etc... Where they gonna find e money for all these huh? I dun get it at all. Am i missing out on something..
Think angmo is looking at big pic one lot $30/- counter (pro Vs con)...certainly not small ikan bilis counters.
Don know got middle ground or not?.

SGX rule change do not affect ultra pennies like Digiland. At current price 1000 share is not the hurdle, just that this stock have not value. Show the market it has value will see all jump in. After all it is just a business that continue to lose money....

Just info to note...I play this STK since day one, those day is about 10c to $0.20oc and not $0.001 or $0.002c
