Bro tea, fr long term defensive counter wth steady growth n yield of around 6%, u can consider perennial crt. 2012 Nav 70. Sold n waiting to re-enter. When all future malls completed, px sure go up. Just a sharing. Do yr hw first.

this is for long term...i think investors here are willing to long this one...perhaps i am wring...hopefully they know what they are buying...a growth stock that may go up slowly every day n perhaps pull back a bit on other days...that is fine...so long as it continues to grow..... rather buy sotkcs like this then   stocks that go up crazily one afternoon just because the bbs are shooting it up.... that kind of stocks very dangerous to play...

note- when Petra was making 4 million in a qtr in 2009, its price was already 65 cents.... note...last year for   the nine month period ending sept 012, JB foods made 12.8 million ( sing dollars) ...price now is at 48 cents... i wish this company every success and pray they continue to huat and huat on their ventures!!!

anchor investor come in will only bring a floor for the stock. the roof price still depends on the business growth. thr one suspected will be a slow starter after correction so dun get too excited.
contra is strongly veto.

I just saw the chart of Petra.

Awesome $4 now look at the climb yearly until today.

Sam Goi has the holding power and do you have?

JB is a single PE growth Cocoa play probably the cheapest in SGX and the region now.

We shall know their FY2013 performance once they ramp up their production to 80000 and exercise the options to purchase German and Indonesian Plant.   The plan ahead is to stimulate growth.

closed at 50

Watch the resistance 53.5

A break in this coming week may see a new high of 60

Interestingly, Petra is 65 cents in 2009 making only 10 mil SGD.

I don't think it is possible to drop back to 0.45... 0.47 to 0.48 is possible.... However, just as what flying fox had adviced, if the shares maintain above 0.495 by Tuesday and below 0.52 then there will be chance for new waves that may rise above 0.52 :) ....

Yes, you are right.        Though it appears company is dishing out dividends on Monday.  They buying volume today is not that big - just 4-5 million with price hovering around 0.50/0.505.  It seems to me that this is a trading counter, not one for long-investment.  I am therefore not quite taken up with investing in it yet.  Yesterday, like all counters, price went down to 0.495.  I would prefer to buy at 0.45.

But good luck to all who have invested earlier.

Now it is moving sideway, better wait for a clearer direction first.

If it could stay above $0.5 for at least continue 3 days, then there is a good chance of breaking a new high. However, if it close below $0.485, means that  it is turning down and better run away first.

Hi bros,

Thanks all for your valuable advice. Fortunately, i did not buy in at 0.515 as I feel that the shares will drop today. Previously, i had bought 1 lot at 0.495 and now the shares drop back to 0.495.

If you ask me, I will say wait till it drop.

If you proceed, and it does go up, do know that you profit is at most $100 (after  commission charges). You need to decide whether  that  worth the hassle.

Good luck.

Hi all,

Can kindly advice me whether buying in at 0.515 for 10000 shares and selling at 0.53   for 11000 shares a wise move? or should i be patient and wait for share price to drop back to 0.50.

I entered last week at 0.525... then all the way down to 0.485 that day....

luckily yesterday sold at 0.53..really lucky

Only 1.5cents margin? Are u a day trader? That need alot of skill to trade within a day. I am more comfortable to play a longer term.

Today has closed at all time high, a positive sign to continue going up. I will just hold until it started to turn down before taking profit. Possible target price of $0.6 (double of IPO price)
