yes totally agree. contra is very risky. timing of entry is the most important. And rem to set a exit px n stick to it.

Next this stock in actual got potential, if u are willing to hold longer
the kopi money u get will be more.
Different player got different style of play.
Anyway, as a investor i'm happy that u huat from contra also.
Human mindset, people invest to huat, cheers pal.

Actually playing contra to me is not advisible.
May get stuck anytime. Ya, may also worry when got stuck.

随着净负债对资产比率（net gearing）因近期的配股集资而下滑至0.25倍，分析师认为投资者现在应该将重点放在资产质量。
分析师指出，区域的房地产需求正上涨，来自中国、新加坡和越南的消息近几个月来显著好转。联昌国际研究一名中国分析师近期就将该行业的评级从“减磅”调高至“加磅”，指中国的基本面改善了。
这些区域占据重估净资产值（RNAV）的40％以上。分析师认为目前的情况有助于吉宝置业降低库存。
鉴于更高的平均销售价格和办公楼租金，分析师将重估净资产值从2.40元调高至3.47元，目标价也从1.80元调高至2.77元。
