Similar reason to toh also.... toxic(risky) holdngs...... Huge value wipe-off........no (CK, BB) liquidity...... (retailer, BB) loss of mkt confident......

i think 'change of guard' the new BB take over the old BB. now the news out in Reuters, SGX need to show face by doing something already
