I'm wondering why they give such a high dividend.. they should not give so much, otherwise ppl will get disappointed when the dividend amount is decreased in the future (setting such a high expectation can backfire).
I'm not saying the future would be bad.. but if they mess up on capital management in the future, there will be no cushion.
But if they can prove to sustain such a high payout without hurting their business, this stock will fly.

Yes, it is true. That's why NAV is only part of FA but not always equal to market price.

NTA of YZJ as per latest financial report is 426.38 rmb cents per share.
If you convert to sing dollar, it is approximately 85.3 cents.
If you read some other NTA value not from SGX website, ignore them.
