A loss making S-chip company buys shares of another loss making heavily indebted S-chip company, and the share price goes from 20c to 53c in barely 10 days? And the hope of winning a $50m contract in Guangzhou? Compare with Sinomem which already confirmed won a 30 yr contract.
And it's paying 18 cts for AW. Wait a while more, AW would have been even cheaper.

just read up alittle abt asia water...this one expert in waste water treatment...n most important..this one also into drinking water......got quite a few project still running....goood synergy to buy into this compy...risk side it has out standing.....debts lah..........but seem like market like the news...keep moving up ...wait i up date the buy sell ratio......

think it's because of the sinomem winning contract that's also rubbing off on Utd to get that guangdong project..
woh!!!...52cts right on target.................next week awarded project......60plus......then .....hehehe.......placement......now got more reason to do placement leh........can't the thread for asiawater......may be start one.......
also they can share their expertise in their field...complement each other......btw any body know why asia water into this sxxt?..can share share....it seem like they still had project run and money coming in.........

now with them buyin into companies, it justifies utd's valuations.
Also this shows that they are aggressive trying to expand for more projects in the coming future.

I thought I saw the JV set-up somewhere, either in the much earlier thread or some business reports. I cannot remember where, then I wasnt interested in UtdEnv. (the price then was about 0.22 cents).
