Sabana Reit only reached 1.03 record high on 1st day 26-Nov-2010 which was IPO px @ 1.05.
If Sabana Reit by yr 2011 still wun reach 1.20. Juz sell it away...

Why 1.20 ?
Presently, it is @ only 0.98, seriously, the range of 1.03 - 1.05 will create a very strong resistant as well. ermmm not forgetting this reit IPO @ 1.05 which mean a lot of selling pressure (take little loss or break even when hit too :)
But of coz, bigger fish might come in @ that time to push further, woops.
anyway, patience is all we have to take now, whether is it supporter / investor, all we just need is a good physicological push from a good technical or fundamental :P
and heh, there are too many ways, so must as well just watch it daily and see what will happened next, cheers and hope everyone will get a big ang bao !!!
There were 12 consecutive days support at 0.965 whereby can say that nobody want to sell below this price at this moment. Hence, 0.965 should be very strong support. Now, hoping that the so called the "supporter" able to push the share price above water. However, I have noticed from the transactions of substantial shareholder interest announcements, the 'supporters' rather quite weak.
For Reit counter, how much share price they can push up. I am doubt the Sabana's share price can go up to $1.20.

sorry, lazy to type out what i have input in another forum about this counter before 16:31 today, so i just cut and paste it here.
Sorry if anyone think it is wrong. however, from top till bottom of 1.05 to 0.925, the retracement level is 0.98, upon testing few times from the chart of 0.99 to 0.925, it retraced back to 0.965 with strong support on it few times. On the wave movements, seems like it is more to the uptrend thing. If this is correct. the next target level calculate from 0.99-0.925 will be 1.03, which means, 0.98 once broken, it will go all the way

If this is correct, though my next target price is 1.03, but this is consider only a third wave up. With confident, one can either hold it and wait for rebound and trust back to the fifth wave before taking profit.( Haha, personal point of view using Fibo and Elliot ) As for why recommending this ? On Technical it is going more to the upside. March coming with yeild of more than 8%. NAV is = 0.99. IPO@1.05

The last 29 minutes of Sabana is quite volatile after it break suddenly with a one trade buying of 706 lots moving up to highest 0.995 and then slowly back down to the opening of today 0.98 forming a doji. Will still maintain "buy" whether or not it rebound back to 0.97 level if it still can be seen on this coming Monday. If it is, the big wave 3 is not even started. anyway, 0.995-0.925, lvl 0.97 will be the next level of support.
correct me if i am wrong
1st condition - small wave 3 already started and is going up next week.
2nd condition - retraced back to 0.97 level and will also pick up in near future.
Still recommend accumulation on "BUY" for Sabana Reit.

I think this gives a better options as compare to CMA bond of 1 - 2.15%.

Gd dividend of about 8.6% ++ is so much better than fixed deposit. Is much better than putting money in the bank that earn so little interest 0.1 - 0.7%...
This is not a growth stock but mainly for higher dividends yield.. |
